YouTube is experimenting with a new AI feature called YouTube Portraits. This YouTube Portraits feature turns creators and YouTubers into AI chatbots that can respond to viewers in their voice and style. The chatbots even reference videos uploaded by the creator itself, so it pulls information from the YouTuber to be as close to who the creator is as possible. This has sparked some concerns though, as YouTube should be about videos instead of AI. Replacing YouTubers with chatbots instead of just watching their own videos can be a little disturbing.
